The fee for a Mineral Report is $75.00 per hour. Please call Security Title Company for an estimate with the legal description of the land.

The chain of title must be examined from the Patent from the United States to the present to determine mineral ownership. The report will contain information on the severance of mineral title and is intended for informational purposes only.

Security Title Company will not issue a policy of title insurance for mineral ownership.

The liability for a Mineral Report is limited to the fee paid.
