The minimum fee for a Lot Book Guarantee is $150.00 per parcel.

A Lot Book Guarantee is a one time only report.  It shows the status of title through a particular date and time.

There will be no policy of title insurance issued on a Lot Book Guarantee.  The liability  is limited to the fee paid.
